Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026 · Axion Trading INC

Draft pending legal review. Written by Axion and not yet reviewed by counsel. It will be reviewed before Axion runs any paid acquisition.

This page covers the website. The Discord applications are covered separately in bot privacy.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address, your Discord user id and username once you link it, and — if you choose to register one — a passkey credential. A passkey never gives us your fingerprint or face; it stores a public key only.

If you buy a membership: our payment provider collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what you purchased, when, and the email associated with it.

When you browse: we use self-hosted, cookieless analytics that records page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot identify you.

What we do not do

Why we hold it

| Data | Purpose | | --- | --- | | Email address | Signing you in, receipts, and membership notifications | | Discord id | Granting and removing your membership role — the only way access works | | Passkey public key | Letting you sign in without a password, if you opt in | | Purchase record | Proving what you bought, supporting you, and accounting | | Aggregate analytics | Understanding which pages work, with no personal data |

Email you can and cannot turn off

Sign-in links and payment receipts are transactional — we have to send them for the service to work. Renewal reminders and Discord-link reminders are optional and can be turned off from your account page.

Who else processes it

Membership and community records held by our Discord applications are covered by bot privacy.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we need them for accounting. Deleting your account removes your website login, email and any passkeys.

Your rights

You can delete your website account yourself from your account page. For a copy of your data, or any other request, contact support — see the support page.

Note that deleting your website account does not by itself cancel a membership or remove records held by the Discord applications; ask support if you want both.
