1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Axion Trading INC ("Axion", "we", "us"), covering the website at axioncrypto.net, the Axion Discord community, and paid membership.

2. What membership is

Membership grants access to market analysis, analyst signals, education, tools and community for the period you purchase.

Membership is not a promise of profit, a managed account, a financial advisory service, or a guarantee of any outcome. Please read the risk disclosure — it forms part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live, and able to meet the age and identity requirements of any exchange or platform you choose to use. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Payment and renewal

• Prices are in USD and include any applicable tax.
• Auto-renewal is your choice at checkout and can be turned off at any time from your account page.
• Buying again while already a member adds days to your existing expiry.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are covered in refunds and cancellation.

5. Your account and access

One person, one account, one linked Discord account. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your membership or your access to premium channels. Doing so may end your access without refund.

6. Community conduct

Membership can be suspended or ended if you harass others, spam, scam or attempt to scam members, impersonate staff or other members, solicit funds, share premium content outside the community, or break the community rules published in Discord.

We may remove content and end access where we reasonably believe conduct harms the community or its members.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Analyst coverage varies with market conditions, staffing and holidays. Discord, exchanges and payment providers are third parties we do not control.

8. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback removes premium access immediately and flags the account. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first.

9. Intellectual property

Analysis, education and materials published by Axion remain ours. You may use them for your own personal trading and learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axion is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord community, and the date at the top of this page will change.
